Returns & Exchanges
ANNAFOXY is committed to provide courteous service and 100% customer satisfaction.
We will gladly make an exchange for any item with which you are not completely satisfied. Please contact us as soon as possible and read the following guidelines before you return your item(s):
- Item must be returned new and unworn within 14 days of purchase, in original packaging, in undamaged condition.
- Use box to prevent any damage during shipping.
- If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please let us know. Your exchange item will be shipped after your returned item is received and inspected.
- Sale items are excluded from the return but you still can exchange it.
- All parcels will be sent by Canada post.

CUSTOM ORDER (TAILORING)
- Custom orders: considered to be an order where item size is outside of available sizes on our website. We collect exact measurements of your body, therefore item will fit you exactly like it should. We DO NOT issue refunds/exchange on this type of orders but we can correct it for additional cost within specific time frame.
-We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases.
- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
- Customer Requested Cancellations Our system is designed to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. After you have clicked "Place Your Order", you cannot cancel or change your order. Once you receive your order in the mail, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions.
- ANNAFOXY is not liable for shipping delays made by the shipping carrier. Holiday, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact processing and shipping times.
- Due to COVID-19 lockdowns your order might be delayed. We usually sent out updates to our clients who is waiting for their orders. If you didint receive any updates for a while, please check your “junk/spam” folder.
